武装した海軍の青年兵士らが1932年5月15日に立憲政友会の犬養毅首相を銃殺した。1932年2月の総選挙で大勝した憲政の常道に反発して、昭和維新を訴えて天皇親政を求めて政治的暗殺をした。「問答無用」と叫ぶ中尉らに「話せばわかる」と絶命した首相の祭壇前で納棺式 を官邸で挙行した。 (10/3/2017)
