広島原子爆弾が炸裂して、少年の後頭部を被爆した。 後頭部が炸裂後の閃光による熱線から熱傷した。原子爆弾熱傷の原爆症を後頭部に受傷した。原子爆弾からの閃光の光が当たった部分と遮蔽していた部分の境界が明瞭であった。
